These online communities are a way of talking to people who you know in real life and it is also is a way to meet new people as it is possible through online chat rooms or by reading blogs.
Different types of blogs:
- Personal - These are for your own personal use.
- Corporate - The whole organisation can have a blog.
- Employee - this gives the employees the opportunity to blog
I have only recently started to get to know about blogs and i think that you have to get used to them. You really need to have something in particular to talk about. I also think that using blogs on a continual basis is better for people who are working with computers and are able to just sign in and write about something! Its good to know about what is out there though!
