Virtual Communities

Its amazing how technology is really taking over these days!Instead of having a conversation with someone people now prefer to e-mail each other, blogs are now becoming increasingly popular. Here is a little bit about virtual communities.

These online communities are a way of talking to people who you know in real life and it is also is a way to meet new people as it is possible through online chat rooms or by reading blogs.
Different types of blogs:

• Personal - These are for your own personal use.
  


• Corporate - The whole organisation can have a blog.
  


• Employee - this gives the employees the opportunity to blog
  

I have only recently started to get to know about blogs and i think that you have to get used to them. You really need to have something in particular to talk about. I also think that using blogs on a continual basis is better for people who are working with computers and are able to just sign in and write about something! Its good to know about what is out there though!

Rugby!

Well, I could of had such an opportunity last weekend! This would have involved going up to Dublin, possibly getting tickets for the Ireland v's Scotland rugby match and then having a great night out in Dublin. However, this was not to be as I of course had to work and I missed out on this opportunity of a lifetime. I ended up staying at home at the weekend and listened to my sister talking non stop about how great the match was. She did get a ticket to the match and obviously had the best weekend ever.

This Week

aw college tomorrow! the only good thing is that its rag week so it wont be quite as bad! oh and its valentines day on thursday!!! so next weekend im gona go to Dublin and head out, i don't usually go out in Dublin so it should be fun for a change!
Did you see the rugby on Saturday?! We came so close but yet so far! Hopefully we can make it, im hoping to go to the Wales match on the 8th of March so that should be amazing, if i can get the tickets!

My Weekend

well this weekend wasnt that mad! i was in work all day friday and saturday, on saturday night i went to the pub for a few drinks and that was good craic!
